Feed the Farmer

Peoria County Farm Bureau and COUNTRY Financial teamed up on Monday, October 12th, in celebration of National Farmer Day to show their appreciation for the hardworking farmers throughout Peoria County. As a small way to recognize the dedication and hard work that goes into producing the food, fuel, and fiber we rely on every day, lunches were handed out to local farmers as they went about their busy schedules.

A special thank you to David Vaughan, Ryan Williams, Charlie Hensley, and Liz Hayden for taking the time to help hand out lunches and make this appreciation event possible. We are grateful for our local farmers and all they do for our community!
